Compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider and are prepared according to strict quality and safety standards.
We offer shipping through UPS. Most packages are delivered in 1-3 business days for the Midwest. Outside of the Midwest averages 3 to 4 days.

We do not bill insurance. We offer very competitive cash prices. We do have the ability to print off a claim form you are able to submit to your insurance company to possibility be reimbursed. If you would like this form, feel free to let us know!
We strive to have medications ready in 24 hours (1 business day) after we receive payment. Once medications are ready, you will either receive a text message letting you know, or we ship them out that day, pending your preference. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of packages.
Lake Elmo Compounding is a non-sterile pharmacy. We do not compound any sterile medications like injections or eye drops.
